Lővér Bath - Ferenc Csík Swimming Pool
One of the most popular recreation areas among guests visiting Sopron is the Bath next to Lővér körút, which is made even more attractive by the landscape surrounded by pine forests.
The history of the Pond Mill goes back to the 1500s, though the lakes apparently already existed in Roman times. In 1916 it came into the possession of the Sopron Town Improvement Association, which established the bathing facilities.

The Hegykő medicinal baths and beach offer healing and rest! Open throughout the year, the bathing complex provides all age groups with opportunities for relaxation. The large, grassy park area offers excellent opportunities for sunbathing.
Beach in Petőháza
Open from the end of May till the first week in September, Petőháza beach is easily assessable by coach or train. Free parking facilities are provided for cars and buses.
The Lővers as a climatic health resort
The easternmost extension of the Alps, the Sopron Mountains, enclose the city of Sopron to the south and west, so its beneficial physiological effects can be enjoyed in the dense forests surrounding the city.
