X. Past and present photo competition - Exhibition
Sopron Photo Club event.
The Photo Club of Sopron, founded on July 5, 1906, announced its application for the tenth time under the title Past and Present.
The announcement is, on the one hand, a tribute to the ancestors, who already organized a national photo exhibition in the fall of the year of its foundation, and on the other hand, to give space to (past) paper pictures made with traditional and other techniques in addition to digital (present) pictures.
49 artists presented themselves at the exhibition 117 years ago. This year, the jury criticized 331 pictures of 37 artists and proposed 73 pictures of 27 artists for exhibition.
The location is the upstairs hall of the Liszt Center, the opening of the exhibition will take place on Sunday, August 27 at 2:00 p.m.
The exhibition can be visited until September 13.
