The 5 farmhouses that remained from the second half of the 19th century are a memory of the jagged settlement arrangement that is typical of the folk architecture in the area. In the exhibition rooms furnished in the country houses, visitors can learn about the history and folk culture of the village.
The buildings are typical examples of the peasant-baroque architecture of the Fertő area. A unique feature of the brick porch buildings are the side windows overlooking the street front, through which parents could keep an eye on their daughters from the room while she was being courted from the street.
