Guided canoe tours on the Vízi Rence (Common Bladderwort) Route

During the 3 hour programme, the living world of the reed beds, channels and reed-encompassed inner lakes on the west side of Lake Fertő is presented in an adventurous, 6 km long canoe trip. The tour runs through interconnected communication channels cut in the dense reed beds of Lake Fertő.

The tour sets out from the Csárda Channel, at the entrance to the car park, located between the settlements of Balf and Fertőrákos. Parking opportunities are provided by the Csárda Channel.

The tour is available from mid May till mid September, for a fixed number of participants. Those under 14 may only take part if accompanied by a teacher or other adult. The use of appropriate clothing, headgear and mosquito repellent is recommended.

Duration of the tour: 3 hours.
The tour will not take place in uncertain weather conditions.
Participation fee: 2,500.- HUF/ person, minimum fee for the tour: 35,000.- HUF.
