Evergreen
Classical and contemporary art works from the MBH Bank Collection
The exhibition focuses on the relationship between nature and humanity, exploring how the beauty, power, and harmony of nature – through motifs such as mountains, valleys, trees, flowers, and water – have inspired artists both in the past and today. The uniqueness of “Evergreen” lies in the dialogue it creates by placing historic and contemporary artworks side by side. Visitors can observe how the motif of nature reappears in art time and again – even centuries apart. The exhibition not only offers an artistic experience but also invites reflection on how we can preserve our connection with nature in today’s fast-paced world.
On display are works by well-known and contemporary Hungarian artists, including Béla Czóbel, Ödön Márffy, László Mednyánszky, Attila Kondor, and Nóra Szírmai.Event
